We are currently looking for skilled Refrigeration & HVAC Technicians to join our team.

Commercial Refrigeration/HVAC Technician(s)

We need technicians who takes pride in craftsmanship and doing it right the first time. You will work on a diverse range of equipment, including legacy halocarbon refrigerant (Freon™) and state of the art A2L & CO2 systems and our fleet of refrigerated rental trailers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Install & Commission: Set up new walk-in coolers, freezers, and commercial refrigeration units.
  • Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot issues on a wide variety of systems (Commercial Refrigeraton Systems Freon, A2L, and custom builds).
  • Custom Fabrication: Assist in the modification and assembly of custom cold storage solutions.
  • Rental Fleet Maintenance: Ensure our refrigerated trailers are road-ready and cooling perfectly for events and emergency rentals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in commercial refrigeration or HVAC service.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required.
  • The “Brrr” Attitude: Reliable, honest, and ready to help customers—whether it’s a scheduled install or an emergency repair.
  • Driver’s License: Valid CO license with a clean insurable driving record.
